Whether your family is just
beginning or everyone is home for a family reunion or the holidays, family
portraits help make the memories last! In your backyard, the beach, or the
park, where ever you want your session to take place, I will capture your
family's growing love for each other. Canvas Prints are definitely a popular
and classy way to display your family's portrait!
Consider the "type" of
look you desire for your portraits. Casual or classy? Traditional or dressy? Do
your best to avoid patterned shirts and logos for your family session.
Coordinated colors and matching outfits show true family unity while white
shirts and denim are classics! Pets are more than welcome to be in your photo
shoot! They're family too!
I'd like to get some generation
pictures of my family. How much will that cost?
The more the merrier! I love big
family pictures, however it does take a little extra work. A typical Family
Session includes 6 people. An additional $5.00 per person beyond the allowed 6
people will be assessed at the time of booking.
Children Sessions $125.00
My child will not sit still for
pictures. How will you accommodate my wiggly two year old?
Sometimes it takes children a
little while to warm up to strangers, especially strangers with a camera. I am
a very patient person and have discovered sessions go best when children are in
familiar surroundings. A lot of baby and children sessions are done in your own
home, but if there are other locations that you would like to try out, such as
a park or lake, please let me know! Those action shots can be some of the most
amazing images because primarily, children are not stationary in nature. They
like to move, so let's allow them to have fun creating these timeless
treasures!
Time with your little one is so
precious. Each and every day they change and are no longer the "baby"
that you once remember. So even though you want those "perfect" posed
pictures, which we will definitely try to do, why not create a scene that truly
shows the excited, spirited, and adventurous little one that you lovingly adore
watching every day? THOSE are the images that create lasting memories! The
favorite stuffed animal; that old Tonka truck filled with loads of sand; a
super yummy lollipop; balloons...anything that truly depicts your child--let's
be sure to include THOSE things in your session.
When booking sessions for younger
children, please make sure that they will be well rested and fed at the
beginning of the session. Do not be afraid to bring a small snack if need
be--as I do understand that your child will probably need a few breaks!
